1.Open Winavi(After You Registered With The Serial Included).
2.Click On Ipod Icon.
3.Go to the video file directory and click on the video file.
4.Put The Output Directory of your Choice
5.Click On Advance.
6.Make Sure That Video Size Is 320 X 240

For Best Quality(If You Don't Care About The File Size}
Video Bitrate=204800
Audio Bitrate=80000
For Quality+Small Size
Video Bitrate=102400(OR 76800)
Audio Bitrate=6400
8.Now On the tabs click on encode.
9.Make Sure the Aspect Ration is Auto If you Don't Want the movie to be out of proportion
10.Select the subtitle if you want to
11.Click On Ok then ok again and you have video file of your choice.
Iphone Tutorial
