Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Mp & Sp+spec

hi guys let me start by thanking DizzleMatic for hist topic

which is THE basis of this topic of mine.
ok so here's how it's done:
Pre-requirements:
- CODMW2 installed (skidrow or razor1911 doesn't matter which one they both work as far as i know from personal experience);
- download these files:

- have steam installed (and runing when you want to play.)
- be patient and do the following:
1- extract the contents of the tools2.zip to your CODMW2 root folder
2- same thing as above for the tools.zip file
3- as well for the mp.rar file (note: the mp.rar consists of two folders one inside the other, and the needed files are inside the inner most folder, namely iw4sp.exe, steam_api.dll and _. get those files in your CODMW2 root folder).
4- start steam, change your nickname to anything, but make sure you include a space char ("my name"). this will prevent you from getting kicked by steam when you're playing in MP.
5- play*
*if you want to play mp, simply run it (shortcut, iw4mp.exe, whatever), BUT if you want to play Special Ops with a friend, there's a little procedure you need to perform (nothing fancy, just stay with me and read on).
in order to play special ops with a buddy, both players (host and client) need to start the game by opening TeknoGods_MW2SP.exe, but the client has to do most of the work.
REMINDER: you NEED to have STEAM running! lets get to work.
the host has to simply run TeknoGods_MW2SP.exe > go to special ops > two players > select the op and wait in the lobby. now the client has to do as follows: create a shortcut to the TeknoGods_MW2SP.exe file and add the following parameters in the end of the target line:
(space)--ip=, where (space) is literally a space after the TeknoGods_MW2SP.exe", and is the EXTERNAL IP of the host (the host should check his IP using websites like this one:

. it should look something like this:
"...\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2\Teknogods_MW2SP.exe" --ip=123.123.123.123
save the changes you made to the shortcut and run it. when in the game, go to special ops > two players > hold the F12 key (or mash it), and you should connect to the host by the ip you entered.
if you can't connect, check if you did everything right (specially IP part in the shortcut).
if you're sure you did everything right (am i running steam?), then you should try using software like Hamachi (it's one of the most known, but i don't really like it, i recommend using Tunngle, but make sure you have a german to english dictionary next to you, even though it's a simple software simply create an account, download, install, start, login, press browser (in the lower left corner), run through the games list and double click the game you want to play and BAM you're in a virtual LAN, ready to play, no fancy stuff).

for tunngle, i also recommend you configure your DSL modem / Router to open the port 11155 (default UDP port for tunngle.
also, bare in mind that in MP you can't ip connect to the servers, since activision implemented a new match-making system. when in MP, you need to do find game and wait for the match to start (the match-making system will search for a game session most suited to your ping and rank). when in the session (not ingame yet), there will be an "Intermission x" caption, where x is the time in which the match will begin.
